Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Operation type: lower limb orthopedic surgery (including total hip arthroplasty (THA), total knee arthroplasty (TKA), hip fracture repair (HFR), reversion total hip arthroplasty (RTHA), reversion total knee arthroplasty (RTKA), femoral fracture repair); 2. Patients undergoing subarachnoid block anesthesia; 3. Patients aged 60 and over years; 4. Patients or their family members signed the informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA >= grade IV; 2.Patients with dementia (including Parkinson's-associated dementia, Alzheimer's-associated dementia and Lewy body dementia), Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease or comorbid central nervous system tumors; 3.Patients with significant arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation or flutter, ectopic beats > 5% of normal sinus beats); 4.Patients are taking medications that may interfere with the measurement of QT parameters; 5.Patient has abnormal serum levels of folic acid,vitamin B12 and thyroid hormones; 6.Patients with preoperative Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score < 17 or preoperative screening delirium.
