18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18 years and over; 2. The CTA results of our hospital clearly diagnosed Pau or IMH. The depth of Pau was < 10mm, the width was < 20mm, the thickness of IMH was < 15mm, and the maximum diameter of aorta was < 50mm; 3. CTA showed no complication of AD and / or aortic aneurysm at the time of diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lesions located in the ascending aorta; 2. Hemodynamic instability or obvious tendency of aortic rupture at the initial diagnosis; 3. Contrast medium allergy, severe renal failure (creatinine > 250 umol / L), pregnant women and other reasons can not be examined by CTA; 4. Unable to sign informed consent; 5. Patients with life expectancy < 2 years.
