Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years; Education level: primary school education or above, with certain listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and able to fill out the measurement questionnaire independently; 2. The patient is unable to indwell the venous access of the upper extremity due to the disease, and needs to place a PICC catheter through the inferior cavity; 3. After PICC cannulation can still be maintained in our hospital on time; 4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent for this study and the PICC placement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with known or suspected signs of infection, bacteremia or sepsis related to catheterization; 2. Patients with a history of radiotherapy, vascular surgery, venous thrombosis, or swelling of the limbs in the catheter placement route; 3. Those who used anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin, heparin, and urokinase within three days before catheteration; 4. Patients with severe bleeding disorders and severe coagulation dysfunction (platelets < 2x10^9/L, white blood cells < 1.5x10^9/L); other catheters on the puncture side; 5. Known or suspected allergy to the components contained in the PICC catheter patients; language communication disorders, patients with senile dementia, severe heart, liver, kidney and nervous system diseases.
