18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic subjective tinnitus = 3 months 2. Written informed consent 3. Male or female, aged 18-65 4. Be able to read and write Chinese 5. Be proficient in using mobile phones 6. TFI score = 26 points 7. Sign the informed consent form and promise to complete the whole follow-up process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objective tinnitus 2. Participate in other tinnitus treatment within 3 months before the start of the study 3. Omission of informed consent 4. Pregnancy 5. History of bronchial asthma 6. There is a history of clinically related medical, neurological or mental diseases, such as heart and brain 7. Drug or alcohol abuse within 12 weeks prior to study registration 8. Implants in the body (e.g. cochlear implants, vagus nerve stimulators, cardiac pacemakers) 9. Use hearing aids 10. There are all skin and infectious diseases affecting the area around the auricle and ear canal 11. Severe deformity of auricle 12. Other circumstances that the researcher believes may lead to the subject's registration obstacle
