Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects recruited in the clinic: 60 male patients with renal papillary calcium spot were diagnosed with CT flat scan, with a long diameter of no more than 4mm, single or multiple cases, aged 20 to 50 years. There was no previous history of urocollithiasis, no recurrent urinary infection, no urinary organic lesions, normal cardiac, lung, liver and renal function, no diabetes and hyperuricemia, and no digestive tract disease; 2. Flying personnel kidney stone patients: hospitalized pilots who diagnose kidney stones and require surgical intervention. There was no history of recurrent urinary infections, no urinary organic lesions, normal cardiac, lung, liver and renal function, and no diabetes and hyperuricemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects recruited in the outpatient department: combined with urinary system malformation, urinary tract infection, gastrointestinal diseases, hyperuricemia, diabetes, acute and chronic renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, and other diseases that are easy to promote urinary calculi. In addition, there are (1) patients participating in other clinical studies; (2) the researchers think that other reasons are not suitable for clinical researchers. 2. Patients with kidney stones of flying personnel: patients with urinary system malformation, urinary system infection, hyperuricemia, diabetes, acute and chronic renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, and other diseases easy to promote the generation of urinary calculi.
