Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients prepare to undergo deep brain stimulation surgery for Parkinson's disease; 2. The patients or their families agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have postoperative complications such as bleeding, infection and rejection; 2.Have unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases; 3.Alcohol or drug abuse; 4.Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before the screening visit; 5.The researchers considered it impossible for the subject to complete the study.
