Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students who live and study in the campus; 2. Aged 18 to 30 years; 3. The physiological indexes were basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who did not live in the campus; 2. Had habits of alcohol drinks and tobacco smoking; 3. Had chronic diseases (coronary heart disease, hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 4. Had allergic diseases or symptoms (asthma and eczema, ect.); 5. Had taking supplements (vitamins and fish oil, ect.).
