18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18; 2. Elective or emergency orthopedic surgery (outside the upper limb); 3. Caprine score VTE risk assessment >= 2 points, i.e., patients with moderate, high or extremely high risk of thrombosis; 4. Normal coagulation function, no history of vascular disease, no drug contraindications; 5. Preoperative lower limb vascular ultrasound examination without thrombosis; 6, Conscious, can communicate normally, no mental disease or other organic diseases; 7. Actively cooperate to complete the study during the treatment period, and did not participate in other clinical trial observers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, or lower limb edema; 2. Lower limb deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or thrombophlebitis; 3. Local abnormalities of lower limbs (such as dermatitis, gangrene, ulcers, cellulitis, infectious wounds, severe deformity of lower limbs, recent skin grafting surgery, etc.); 4. Severe atherosclerosis of lower limb vessels or other ischemic vascular diseases; 5. Abnormal bleeding or coagulation or other recent anticoagulation treatment; 6. Patients with abnormal venous flap function and varicose veins indicated by preoperative color ultrasound of lower limbs; 7. Severe peripheral nerve disease and material allergy.
