Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From February 2022 to February 2023, patients with sinusitis who underwent ESS surgery in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Tongliang District People's Hospital. Diagnostic criteria: The CRS diagnostic criteria are based on the Chinese Sinusitis Guidelines (2018) , i.e. confirmed by clinical symptoms, endoscopy, and imaging, duration of disease > 12 weeks. Inclusive criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Sinusitis (2018); 2. With Ess Indications and can tolerate surgery; 3. No previous history of nasal surgery; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. No history of infectious diseases in half a year before operation; 6. No history of autoimmune diseases in the past; 7. Voluntary informed consent was given for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Budesonide; 2. Fungal Sinusitis, inverted Papilloma of the nose, or Postrema with similar symptoms as CRS; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Impaired vital organ function; 5. Combined with basic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension); 6. Poor compliance; 7. Speech disorder or mental disease; 8. Accompanied by large mobility of work and others not suitable for regular follow-up.
