18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histopathology was diagnosed as breast cancer without any other history of malignancy; 2.Newly diagnosed breast cancer subjects received neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy with anthracycline; 3.Aged 18 to 70 years; 4.ECOG <= 2 points; 5.The expected survival of the subjects was more than 6 months; 6.The baseline met the indications and basic requirements of chemotherapy; 7.Good compliance and voluntary follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; Or the blood/urine Pregnancy test of women of childbearing age is positive, and women of childbearing age and their spouses are unwilling to take effective contraceptive measures during the clinical study period and within 6 months after the end; 2.Received radiotherapy or chemotherapy or anti-tumor endocrine therapy before enrollment; 3.LVEF < 50% in cardiac function assessment before chemotherapy; 4.History of drug abuse or alcohol abuse; 5.High sensitivity troponin I is higher than the normal range; 6.Liposome adriamycin drug therapy; 7.Use drugs with myocardial protective effects, such as dexamethasone, amifostine, phosphokinase, etc.
