Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing tonsillectomy from January 2022 to August 2022 in Hangzhou First People's Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University; 2. Aged under 14 years; 3. ASA Grade I-II; 4. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical requirements of the Declaration of Helsinki and the hospital, and the patients and their families gave their informed consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who do not conform to the observed postures during extubation after general anesthesia (such as those who can not maintain postures) ; 2. Children with pulmonary or respiratory infections before admission;
