22 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of exposure group: 1. Primary and secondary nephrotic syndrome and nephritis syndrome met the diagnostic criteria of Nephrology; 2. To be treated with immunosuppressive agents; 3. Married men aged 22 to 55 years. Inclusion criteria of non exposure group: 1. Primary and secondary nephrotic syndrome and nephritis syndrome met the diagnostic criteria of Nephrology; 2. No immunosuppressive therapy was used; 3. Married men aged 22 to 55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No sex; 2. Recently used drugs affecting pituitary gonadal axis; 3. Accompanied by various acute diseases and chronic diseases such as heart, liver, lung and endocrine; 4. Diabetes; 5. Hemoglobin (HB) 160 / 100 mmHg; 9. Such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) or angiotensin ? receptor antagonist (ARB) ß Receptor blockers used for less than 3 months; 10.Those who are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the investigation.
