Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease who were to undergo deep brain electrode stimulation were included in the PD group; 2. Patients undergoing surgery for intracranial tumors were paired with non-Parkinson's disease group (NPD group) on a 1:1 basis. 3. Participants in the NPD group should be of the same sex and age (3 years) as those in the PD group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who cannot communicate before or after surgery; 2.Patients with obvious adrenal cortical insufficiency; 3.Predict the patients with difficult airway, hearing impairment and visual impairment; 4.Alcoholics; 5.Patients with mental illness; 6.Refuses to sign the agreement; 7.The researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this research.
