Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Preoperative echocardiography: M-mode ultrasound Teichholz method to measure left ventricular ejection fraction ( Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) >= 50%; 3. Elective thoracotomy under heart surgery; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Need IABP, ECMO and other devices to assist circulation before or after operation; 2. Contraindication of nerve block; 3. History of open heart surgery; 4. History of postoperative nausea and vomiting, migraine, mental disorders.
