Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative patients with definite history of cerebral infarction and elective surgery during the study; 2. Aged 18 years and over.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of cerebral infarction but no need of elective surgery; 2. Non elective surgery patients with a history of cerebral infarction; 3. Patients who did not agree to participate in the follow-up of this study.
