Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received polysomnography monitoring at the Second Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2013 to December 2021 were enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignancy, recent urinary tract infections, and nephrotoxic drugs; 2. Patients with OSAHS with hepatic impairment caused by drug therapy; 3. Central and mixed sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome; 4. Other types of sleep disorders: e.g., combined with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, episodic sleeping sickness, restless legs syndrome; 5. Ventilator-related treatment; 6. Those with missing data and imperfect case information.
