Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary breast cancer diagnosed by pathology; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Those who received chemotherapy for the first time after diagnosis; 4. Have the ability to understand and express and agree to participate in this researcher; 5. Those who can actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious diseases, such as cardiopulmonary diseases, diseases affecting motor nerves, muscles, joints, and other malignant tumors; 2. Suffering from or have a history of mental illness or family history; 3. Those with exercise contraindications, such as asthma, severe fatigue, anemia, ataxia, etc.
