Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Diagnosed as primary headache (with or without medication overuse headache); 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Repetitive recruiting; 2. Inability for questionnaire; 3. Not suitable to participated due to critical condition.
