Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 48 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of multiple PCOS; 3. BMI >= 24 kg/m^2; 4. Good communication and reading and writing skills; 5. Patients were informed of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other ovulation disorders, such as hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction, thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia and ovarian insufficiency; 2. The presence of hyperandrogenemia or hyperandrogene-like signs, such as Cushing's syndrome, atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and androgene-secreting ovarian or adrenal tumors; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental illness; 4. Patients in pregnancy and lactation; 5. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies.
