Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 6-60 years. 2.Patients diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis complex with angiofibroma lesions on the face. 3.Patients obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from serious systemic diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and blood, autoimmune diseases, chronic serious infections and other serious diseases. 2.Allergic to compound lidocaine cream or components in Aminolevulinic Acid Hydrochloride Topical Powder. 3.Those with scar constitution assessed by dermatologists. 4.Other reasons that the researcher considers not suitable for inclusion.
