18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as breast cancer; 2. Received chemotherapy for breast cancer for the first time; 3. Female, aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Those who can actively cooperate; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study; 6. There are family members who live together with them, and the time of living together is >= 2 months. Dependents: 1. Aged 18 years and over, primary school education or above, with good communication skills; 2. Immediate relatives such as the patients' spouse, parents, or children; 3. The patients' primary caregiver after discharge is jointly determined by the patient and family members, care time >= 2 months; 4. Voluntary to participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. With other serious diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, other cancers, etc.; 2. With contraindications to exercise, such as asthma, severe anemia, intervertebral disc herniation, etc.; 3. With mental illness and family history. Dependents: 1. Those who are paid; 2. Have a history of mental illness.
