NEO group:Neostigmine 0.05 mg/kg will be given at the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery in PUMCH; 2. Aged 18 years and over; 3. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation; 2. Return to ICU after operation; 3. Thoracic deformity or other condition which is difficult to evaluate using lung ultrasound; 4. History of lung surgery; 5. Severe pulmonary bullae and emphysema before surgery; 6. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 7. Neuromuscular disease; 8. Allergic to Rocuronium, Sugammadex or other drugs.
