Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Skeletal class III, with or without asymmetry; 3. Upper incisors are so proclined that the upper premolars are need to be extracted; 4. Two-jaw surgery; 5. By model setting up, the case is determined to be able for "surgery-first" approach.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Orthodontia or early loss of tooth, except for the third molars and upper premolars; 2. Moderate-severe periodontitis, with uncontrolled tooth loosing; 3. Cranio-facial syndrome, such as cleft lip/palate; 4. People who fail to cooperate.
