65 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with MCI according to the National Institute on Aging-Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) guidelines and have had memory problems for at least 3 months; 3. Score >= 25/30 on the Mine Mental State Examination (MMSE); 4. Score <= 26/30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with vascular dementia according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and the International Association for Research and Neuroscience (NINDS-AIREN) criteria; 2. Previously trained in Tai Chi; 3. Taking any medication within the past 6 months that may cause cognitive impairment or improvement; 4. Participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients with cardiovascular disease; 7. Patients with bone and joint disease, or other dieases which has an impact on their motor ability.
