Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 athletes and mass fitness enthusiasts affiliated with the Chongqing Municipal Sports Bureau will be recruited, with a history of ankle injury, complaining of ankle pain or soreness, "loss of control" and/or repeated sprains and/or "feeling unsteady" and other symptoms of chronic pain or ankle instability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle pain or instability due to ankle fracture, ligament rupture, or peripheral nerve injury.
