20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have the informed consent form read, agreed and signed; 2. Commitment to comply with the study procedures and to cooperate with the implementation of the whole study; 3. Pregnant women with abnormal development of fetal biliary system suggested by maternal ultrasound or MRI, and other pregnant women without abnormal development of fetal biliary system requiring amniotic fluid/ cord blood puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from mental illness or taking anti-psychotic drugs; 2. Patients with alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Patients with severe functional impairment of the auditory, visual, and speech systems; 4. Patients who request not to be examined by themselves and their families; 5. Patients with pre-term abortion; 6. Patients with bleeding tendency and abnormal coagulation function; 7. Patients with signs of pelvic or uterine infection.
