Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent hip replacement in China-Japan Unitated Hospital of Jilin University from January 2022 to April 2022; 2. Aged 60 to 80 years; 3. ASA grade II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the test and failure to cooperate with the test before operation; 2. Serious systemic diseases, ASA grade is greater than grade 3; 3. Long-term use of antipsychotics; 4. Have a history of cerebrovascular disease or major neurological dysfunction; 5. The test diagnosis is dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment; 6. In order to ensure that there is no undiagnosed cognitive impairment at baseline, the agreed participants are further screened by FRAIL and MontrealCognitiveAssessment Scale (MoCA Scale), and the scores below the baseline are excluded.
