Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are in early pregnancy (= 23kg/m2; 2. Previous history of GDM or birth history of macrosomia (birth weight >= 4000g); 3. Previous abnormal glucose tolerance; 4. Previous multiple pregnancies; 5. Family history of type 2 diabetes (especially the direct relatives); 6. PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome); 7. This time / plan to use assisted reproductive technology for pregnancy; 8. Oral / intravenous glucocorticoids in recent 3 months; 9. With hyperlipidemia and hypertension before pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis with diabetes before pregnancy; 2. Subjects who may have ineffective and unsafe data; 3. Could not complete the whole pregnancy process and follow-up; 4. Critically ill pregnant women who are classified as grade 3-4 degree.
