18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Diagnosed as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer in gastrointestinal surgery clinic; 3. Admission for non-emergency laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in Shanghai General Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate in this study; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate (mental disorder, consciousness disorder, cognitive disorder, etc.); 3. Patients with comorbidities who cannot tolerate exercise rehabilitation training or functional exercise examination; 4. Patients previously combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, gout, or intolerance of a high-protein diet, etc.
