20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having periodontitis(The adjacent sites of two non-adjacent teeth were consistent with loss of attachment, PD >=4 mm, and positive bleeding on probing); 2.At least 80% with supragingival plaque and average PLI of 2-3, PD <= 6 mm and CAL <= 4 mm; 3.More than 20 teeth except for third molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients having systemic diseases; 4. Patients who have received any topical or systemic antimicrobial treatment in the past 3 months; 5. Patients who received supragingival scaling in the past 3 months.
