Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke meets the diagnostic criteria of 2018 Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China and is confirmed by cerebral MRI; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Patients with acute ischemic stroke of anterior circulation identified by transcranial brain MRI-DWI sequence; 4. The national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) was <= 15; 5. Modified RANKIN scale (mRS) <= 2 at discharge; 6. Patients or their families signed informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are complicated with serious physical diseases and other brain organic diseases can't cooperate; 2. With a history of dementia, mental disorder and severe depression, or present obvious cognitive dysfunction or severe depression; 3. Any mental disorders, personality disorders or psychoactive substance abuse or dependence; 4. Regular consumption of probiotics-containing drugs or drinks in the past month; 5. Antibiotics used in the last 3 months; 6. Severe diarrhea in the past 3 months (watery stools 3 or more times a day and lasting 3 or more days); 7. Severe constipation in the past 3 months (defecation twice a week or less with difficulty defecating); 8. Women during menstrual period, pregnant or lactating women.
