Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male volunteers who had been diagnosed by a doctor with COPD, inclusion criteria for COPD patients were in line with the Global Initiative on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD 2017) and the disease was stable at the time of inclusion; 2. Who aged 55 and above; 3. Who has lived within the sixth ring Road of Beijing for more than 3 years continuously, and has no plan to go out for more than half a year continuously during the survey period; 4. Who has medical records for three consecutive years or more; 5. Patients with COPD and asthma could be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, epilepsy and other neurological diseases and mental diseases or other diseases affecting the collection of information; 2. Who has had chest, abdominal or eye surgery in the last 3 months; 3. Who did not sign the informed consent.
