Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients admitted to the pilot hospital from January 2022 to August 2024; 2. According to the improved DLCN standard score discussed by experts in Table 4, patients with total score >= 6 and clinical diagnosis of confirmed FH (>8 points) or suspected FH (6-8 points); 3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. For patients with secondary elevated LDL-C levels, such as hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, biliary obstruction and other factors, clinicians could determine whether they are secondary hypercholesterolemia according to the patient's medical record information and test report, or their own experience; 2. Patients who could not provide LDL-C levels or did not undergo LDL-C testing; 3. Patients with mental or nervous system dysfunction.
