18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic myomectomy is planned; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years, ASA grade I to II; 3. Voluntarily join the study cohort and be able to cooperate to observe adverse events and curative effects; 4. Written informed consent signed by the patient or her legal representative; 5. The visit time is from October 2021 to October 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe arrhythmia and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Failure to cooperate to complete nerve block (patients with unconsciousness or mental abnormalities); 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Conversion to laparotomy or previous abdominal surgery; 5. Long term oral analgesics; 6. Other candidates unsuitable to participate evaluated by clinicians.
