Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Personnel of power grid enterprises whose working environment is outdoor; 2. Willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent; 3. Aged 18 years and over; 4. Subjects must have a smart phone, able to receive short messages and have the habit of using wechat; 5. No language communication disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Personnel of power grid enterprises whose working environment is indoor; 2. Power grid enterprise personnel who do not use smart phones or wechat; 3. Unwilling to participate in the study 4. With cognitive dysfunction.
