Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes CAI group (1) At least 1 history of unilateral ankle sprain; (2) College football player, sports grade is national level II or above; (3) 6 months before the experiment, self-reported at least 2 times of "softening" and / or repeated sprains of the injured ankle, and / or "sensory instability"; (4) CAIT score = 28; (5) FAAM-ADL > 90%, FAAM-Sport > 80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical history of musculoskeletal structure (bone, joint structure, nerve) of either side of lower limb; 2. Any known diseases or injuries affecting postural control (such as concussion, diabetes, osteoarthritis of the lower extremities), or neurological diseases such as epilepsy affecting the electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis or pregnancy; 3. Within 3 months before the experiment, the acute injury of musculoskeletal structure of lower limb joints, such as sprain and fracture, leads to the interruption of physical activity required for at least 1 day; 4. Ankle anterior drawer test and talus tilt test were positive.
