Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No symptoms of head, neck and shoulder pain in the past three months; 2. Unlimited neck range of motion; 3. Aged between 18 and 45 years; 4. No gender limitation; 5. Not participate in physical activity within 24 hours before the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of injury or surgery in the neck, shoulder or spine area; 2. History of medication that affects muscle tone; 3. Neuromuscular disease; 4. Cervical radiculopathy, degenerative disease or other serious diseases; 5. Professional sports activities
