18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical ventilation; 2. Aged 18 years and over; 3. ASA class I - III; 4. The operation time is expected to be greater than 2 hours; 5. Endotracheal intubation can be removed within 12 hours after planned surgery; 6. Agree to enroll and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary complications-related diseases have been diagnosed before surgery; 2. Chest and abdominal surgery; 3. Phrenfolding or resection is planned; 4. History of neuromuscular disease; 5. Patients with new stroke, cerebral trauma or intracranial hypertension within 3 months before surgery; 6. Previous phrenic nerve or diaphragm related surgery; 7. Obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2); 8. Unable to cooperate with the respiratory line diaphragm ultrasound examination; 9. Patients with an acute exacerbation of copd or poor asthma control.
