18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parturient aged >= 18 years, gestational age >= 37 weeks, ASA classed II or III and scheduled vaginal in-hospital delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prenatal fever; 2. Complicated with infectious diseases (upper respiratory infection,pneumonia,hepatitis, etc.); 3. Complicated with immune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, nephrotic syndrome, etc.); 4. Recent history of special or unknown medication (antibiotics, adrenocorticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.); 5. Cesarean section; 6. Combined with other labor analgesia; 7. Epidural puncture failure or the time of puncture > 3; 8. Severe complications of epidural analgesia (ocal anesthetic intoxication,total spinal anesthesia, etc.).
