Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe congenital malformation/definite chromosomal disease; 2. Intracranial hemorrhage with Papile grade III or above; 3. Presence of hemo-dynamic patent ductus arteriosus; 4. Severe infection, Bell stage II and above necrotizing enterocolitis; 5. Active hemorrhage.
