18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. Hospitalized 24 hours after stroke, including first or second stroke; 3. Be able to communicate; 4. Neurological impairment, NIHSS score 2; 5. Systolic blood pressure 120-180 mmHg, heart rate 50-120 beats/min, blood oxygen saturation > 95%, body temperature < 38.5?; 6. Voluntary participation. Nurses: 1. Nurses who have been employed for more than half a year; 2. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients with severe stroke and gave up treatment; 2. Complicated with malignant tumor and other serious systemic diseases; 3. Diseases that affect activity. Nurses: 1. Practice nurses and continuous study nurses.
