Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.DTC patients who underwent surgery in our hospital and were followed up for more than 12 months; 2.Patients voluntarily entered the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pregnancy or pregnancy plan; 2.Serious underlying diseases; 3.Mental history; 4.Long term drug use history (psychotropic drugs, glucocorticoids, amiodarone, iron, mercaptan, proton pump inhibitors, cholestyramine, etc.); 5.History of other malignancies.
