The treatment group:5mg/Kg lidocaine was added into 500mL normal saline, and infusion speed was controlled by infusion pump. Infusion time was >= 1.5h. Before infusion, midazolam 1-1.5 mg and genasetr

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia; 3. Agree to the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious atrioventricular block; 2. Patients with serious heart diseases leading to heart failure, or serious multiple organ failures; 3. Delirium, senile dementia and other self-awareness disorders, unable to communicate with patients; 4. Patients who are not cooperative and refuse to accept the treatment.
