60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 80 years; 2. ASA I–III; 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term use of sedative drugs or antidepressant drugs and other mental illnesses; 2. Patients refuse to understand the agreement and sign the informed consent; 3. Myocardial infarction, heart failure in past 6 months; 4. Acute stage of cerebrovascular disease; 5. Severe arrhythmia; 6. Severe respiratory diseases; 7. Poorly controlled hypertension or patients who are at serious risk of increased intracranial pressure.
