Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for stroke approved by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; 2. For the first time, unilateral lesion and hemiplegia of one limb; 3. No obvious joint contracture, standing balance level 2, able to walk independently for more than 10m, and able to walk in the laboratory trail and complete the standard test of gait; 4. The Brunnstrom stage of the hemiplegic lower limb is stage III-IV; 5. The Ashworth muscle tone grade of the hemiplegic lower limb is < 3; 6. NeuroCom Smart Balance Master balance test training system Weightshifting test 0° or 30° knee flexion bilateral weight difference of 10% or more; 7. Able to complete all test data collection according to test requirements; 8. Volunteer to participate in the trial, inform the trial program and risks, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficiency of vital organs; 2. History of epilepsy or recent history of epileptic seizures; 3. Patients with severe pain due to limited mobility of the hip and knee joints; 4. Accompanied by severe cognitive, speech, visual and comprehension dysfunction.
