18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis must be consistent with cleft lip and palate deformity; 2. Age 18-50 years old; 3. Good health, no systemic diseases and infectious diseases in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor general condition; 2. Insufficiency of heart, lung, brain, kidney and other vital organs; 3. Blood disease or bleeding tendency; 4. Drug addiction (including drug, anesthetic and alcohol addiction); 5. Contagious virus infection; 6. Patients with systemic or local infection lesions; 7. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Have a mental illness and cannot cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 9. Those with abnormal development of important organs or other organs; 10. Patients who are participating in other technical clinical application projects.
