Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. The disease course is more than 3 months, and the clinical manifestations, colonoscopy, and mucosal biopsy pathological examination all support the diagnosis of UC; 3. The sub-item score of endoscopy in the Mayo score is >= 2 points; 4. Can tolerate endoscopy; 5. No antibiotics were used within 1 month before enrollment; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breast-feeding or have not taken effective contraceptive measures; 2. Those who are positive for syphilis, HIV, HBV, and HCV antibodies; 3. Suffering from various malignant tumors; 4. Bacterial dysentery, chronic schistosomiasis, amoebic dysentery, intestinal tuberculosis and other infectious colitis, ischemic colitis, radiation colitis, Crohn's disease, etc.; 5. Has a history of alcohol or illicit drug abuse; 6. Those who have poor compliance and are difficult to complete the research; 7. Those who used antibiotics within 1 month; 8. Researchers believe that there may be those who may increase the risk of subjects or interfere with clinical trials.
