Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The type and position of impacted mandibular third molars on both sides are the same, both mesial/horizontal impacted; 2. The highest part of the impacted M3M is lower than the occlusal surface of the M2M; 3. Bilateral maxillary non-impacted eruption, or absence; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are signs of infection or swelling before operation, or the degree of preoperative pain is greater than 1 on the visual analog scale (VAS); 2. Pregnancy and pregnancy preparation; 3. Use anticoagulant drugs; 4. Suffering from diseases that may affect wound healing, such as uncontrolled or poorly treated diabetes, history of radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy, blood diseases and immunosuppression, etc.; 5. Patients who smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day.
