60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Live in the community for more than one year; 3. Elderly people who are afraid of falling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a serious mental illness; 2. Long-term bed rest, limited activities; 3. People with slurred speech and cognitive impairment; 4. Other sports training is in progress.
