Group A:bilateral ultrasound-guided superficial cervical plexus nerve block before surgery
Group B:ultrasound-guided local anesthesia with step-by-step infiltration of the needle path.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A single benign thyroid nodule; 2. Normal thyroid function; 3. Elective surgery requiring ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of the thyroid gland; 4. Age 18-65 years; 5. ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. Those who are allergic to ropivacaine; 4. Grade 2 or above severe hypertension; 5. Myocardial ischemic disease.
